About Us… Musselburgh Ladies Speakers welcome women of all ages and levels of ability to their Club. They pride themselves on helping the members to develop their speaking skills at their own pace and with the emphasis on fun. A Typical Meeting… Meetings begin 7.30 and are always finished by 9.45 they generally comprise the following:- Short Business Meeting Refreshment Break Education Slot Short Impromptu Speeches Prepared Speeches Evaluations and Advice Meeting Close Other Types of Evenings… Of course we have various other events throughout the session. Some examples are:- Club Nights – these usually take the form of a themed session where we form breakout groups to work on some tasks. These evening allow everyone to be involved in some way Social Nights – we have a number of Social Events such as Christmas Party, Burns Supper, Annual Dinner and Open Evenings when we invite other clubs or non-members to join us.
