Come and practice with us WE look forward to welcoming YOU A Typical Club Meeting.… Meetings begin 7.30pm (& finish around 10pm) and generally comprise the following:- Short Business Meeting Education Section Short Impromptu Speeches Prepared Speeches Evaluations and Advice A short break during the meetings allows for refreshments and a chat with other members.		About us.… St Andrew (Edinburgh) Speakers Club welcomes men and women of all ages and levels of ability to their Club. We pride ourselves on helping our members develop their speaking skills at their own pace and with the emphasis on fun. Other Types of Evenings.… We have various other events throughout the session. Some examples are:- Education Nights – these usually take the form of a longer presentation by an experienced member on a specific topic such as Chairmanship Speaking without notes Social Nights – we have a number of Social Events such as Christmas Party, Annual Dinner and Open Evenings when we invite other clubs or non-members to join us.	When do we meet.… 2008 We are currently enjoying our Summer Break, meeting will resume in September 2008.
